- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I really need to speak to with the OWNER of this office. My tax situation has been ongoing since 2/10/2016 and still to this date I have not received a return. I'm not going to go into full details on here, but I thought my situation had resolved itself on April 15th when my tax return was sent out again. As of today I have spent at least 4hrs on the phone with the IRS. Today after a long day of work I come home not to relax but to find more inadequacies to my 1040 nothing like finding out you owe the IRS 908.00. After spending over an hour on the phone with the IRS I find that my dependents SS# was transposed. Once again I'll have to wait another 4-6 weeks for a return, that I'm not certain where it's going to end up at. I'd like to seriously discuss my charges due on my tax preparation for this year. I guess I need to leave a star to post this. I certainly hope someone reaches out.By Marti Pugh, December 12, 2016
